Philip Julien and I went on air bright and early this morning to promote the Heroes Foundation, a local non-profit organization here whose mission it is to provide a source of inspiration for the youth of Trinidad and Tobago by fostering an appreciation of local achievers and the concept of heroism. The Foundation is sponsoring a convention this week and invited me down to meet local artists and to speak and inspire the children here about pursuing careers in art and writing.

I got over my nerves pretty quickly and the half hour talk show went well. I just tried to ignore the cameras and pretend I was on a panel at a con speaking to comic fans. Easy as pie!
